Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Craft and execute project plans that are as ambitious as they are detailed, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead project teams, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and alignment with our bold project goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure our projects align with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop innovative mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Budget Management: Keep a keen eye on project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Performance Tracking: Track project performance using cutting-edge tools and techniques, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate our project management processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management and/or Product Management, preferably in a multinational organization, fintech environment, or technology industry.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution abilities.
