About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Success Team Leader to oversee and drive the performance of our Partnership Success team. This role goes beyond managing your own portfolio of partners—you will also supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Partnership Success Specialists to ensure they consistently achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets.

The Partnership Success Team Leader will play a key role in expanding our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), Asset Managers, Affiliates, White Labels, and other B2B partners, while ensuring strong and sustainable business relationships to support the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partnership Success Specialists to ensure high performance, motivation, and effective execution of daily tasks.

  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and training sessions to elevate the team’s skills and product knowledge.

  • Monitor team KPIs, ensure targets are met, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

  • Provide guidance and support in negotiations, sales strategy development, and partner management.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

  1. Partnership Development & Sales

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of IBs, Asset Managers, Affiliates, Institutional/B2B clients, and White Labels.

  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen business relationships to ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities to increase the company’s market share.

  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales revenue targets.

  1. Market & Business Strategy

  • Actively follow and stay updated on global financial markets; discuss key market drivers with partners in a clear and professional manner.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify weaknesses, opportunities, and strategic advantages.

  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from partners to internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, etc.) to support continuous improvement.

  • Execute company strategies and contribute to planning and forecasting activities.

  1. General Duties

  • Prepare reports on team and personal performance, pipeline, and market insights for management.

  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking activities when required.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Prior experience in Forex, Commodities, CFDs, or the broader Financial Services industry is a must.

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related majors.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong existing network/book of IBs, partners, or affiliates is highly preferred.

  • Solid understanding of financial markets and trading products.

  • Experience managing a sales team and driving performance is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.

About the role:

The Marketing Manager role will lead our marketing efforts in Thailand. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role will be instrumental in developing and executing localized marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement within Taurex. The role will have a strong emphasis on content creation and a deep understanding of country-specific trends.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Campaign Management:

·       Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing), traditional marketing (where relevant), partnerships, and events

  1. Content Creation:

·       Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to the local audience, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other marketing materials

·       Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce content that aligns with overall marketing strategies and objectives

·       Ensure all content is culturally relevant and effectively localized for the target market, considering language, regulations, and local preferences

  1. Market Research & Analysis:

·       Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights within Thailand

·       Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies

·       Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance

  1. Localization & Adaptation:

·       Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are culturally relevant and effectively localized for Thailand, considering language, regulations, and local preferences

·       Collaborate with local teams to adapt global strategies to fit regional nuances and market conditions

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

·       Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing initiatives

·       Partner with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign execution and performance

  1. Performance Reporting:

·       Develop and maintain dashboards to track and visualize performance metrics.

  1. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness:

·       Maintain a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape within the Forex and Financial Services industry, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to relevant guidelines.

  1. Event Management:

·       Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional events

·       Ensure events are aligned with overall marketing strategies and objectives

·       Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution

·       Measure and report on the effectiveness of events, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies within Thailand

  • Significant experience within the Forex and/or Financial Services industry is highly preferred

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing teams

  • Strong understanding of the Thailand’s market, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and media landscapes

  • Proficiency in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and measure campaign effectiveness.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in Thai and English is essential

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the role:

We are looking for an energetic Partnership Success Specialist to develop and drive partnership sales and grow our business. You will be developing and maintaining strong network of partners including IBs (introducing brokers), asset managers, affiliates and white labels.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates and Institutional/B2B clients.
• Establish and maintain business relationship with all clients for their retention of prospects.
• Actively follow financial markets. Proactively discuss financial markets and factors that move them in an articulate manner with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitor weaknesses and their commercial proposals.
• Negotiate with partners to ensure a partnership is commercially viable and sound for the company.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company’s market share.
• Execute company planning and perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
• Any other duties reasonably required for the role.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales; previous experience in the Forex, Commodities, CFDs or Financial Industry is a must.
• Diploma, Advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree in finance / Business Administration / Economics or related majors.
• Desirable candidate that has existing book of business and experience in bringing new business.
