A corporate account is a trading account registered under a company or organisation. A corporate account is held by a company or organisation, while an individual account is owned by a single person. Corporate accounts have different regulatory and compliance obligations compared to individual accounts.

To verify a corporate account, you need to provide the following documents:

• Certificate of incorporation
• Memorandum & Articles of Association
• Shareholder and Directors Certificate
• Board resolution of opening Taurex account confirming the individual who will have access to the account
• Proof of company operating address
• Recent bank statement
• KYC documents for all directors, Individual UBOs and any Authorised person

Please note that we may require additional documents depending on each different application.

To be eligible for a corporate account with Taurex, the business must be legally registered and eligible for a trading account and must provide all necessary verification documents. Additionally, the company must not be registered in a prohibited country.

The approval time for a corporate account can vary depending on the completeness of the submitted verification documents.
