No, we do not charge platform fees for our providers.

What is an agent, and can a provider assign one?

An agent is an introducer who helps attract new followers to a signal or specific trading offer. They act as referral partners, earning a share of the fees generated through their referred followers. Providers can assign agents to help grow their follower base. As a provider, you can choose to share a portion of your performance fee, registration fee, and/or management fee with an agent. The actual percentage is flexible and determined by you when setting up the fee split.

For example, if your performance fee is set at 30%, you can decide to give your agent 10% of that amount, meaning they would receive 3% in total from your subscriber’s trading activity. The same logic applies to registration and management fees.

To split your fees with an agent, go to the “Offers” section in your provider account and select your active offer.

Under “Additional Agents”, click “Add”, then enter the agent’s MT4 account number and specify the percentage share you’d like to allocate.

Once you click “Create,” the system will automatically route the selected portion of fees to your agent whenever they’re earned. You also have the option to manually generate a referral link, which your agent can use to invite new followers directly to your offer. This makes it easier for both tracking and assigning agent commissions.

If you prefer to receive your fees in a separate MT4 account (different from the one used for trading), you can set up a dedicated fee receiver. Simply click on your provider’s name in the dashboard, scroll down to the “Finance” section, and enter the MT4 account number where you want the fees to be paid.

Click “Save” to confirm.

Once saved, all future earnings from performance, registration, and management fees will be directed to that account.

What is the minimum balance required to register as a provider?

There is no minimum balance required to register as a signal provider. However, a balance will be required to start trading and to provide a signal that followers can copy.

Can the provider edit the offer after a subscription is created?

A provider can set their fees when creating their trading account and offer.
If the provider has no active subscriptions, they can access the fee settings and edit the performance, management, and registration fees.
However, if there are active subscribers, the provider cannot edit these fees. They may only change the required balance amount for followers.

What is a registration fee and what is the maximum registration fee charged by a provider?

Providers may charge their followers a one-time initial payment when creating a subscription, referred to as a registration fee. This fee is also set in the provider’s account currency. The maximum registration fee is 1,000 USD.

What is a management fee and what is the maximum management fee charged by a provider?

Providers may charge their followers a periodic payment known as a management fee. This fee is set in the provider account’s currency and is paid monthly. The maximum management fee is 100 USD.

What is a performance fee and what is the maximum performance fee charged by a provider?

The performance fee in copy trading is a percentage-based fee charged by the signal provider based on the profits generated from their trades in the copier’s account. The specific rate may vary between providers and is only applicable when the provider has positive equity. The maximum performance fee that can be charged is 40%.
