About the role:
The role is responsible for the growth of their department. They will work with their sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Introduce company’s products to partners and customers through online and offline channels.

Self-generate new leads, business contacts, and exposure within the financial community.

Identify business opportunities: IB‘s , affiliates, Money Managers
-
Maintain a good relationship with existing IBs and customers through social media, references, websites, previous contacts etc.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
-
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
-
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Source and convert partner leads into sales; ensure high quality interaction with potential clients.

Meet Sales revenue targets.

Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company’s market share.

Execute company planning and perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Lead, mentor, and support a small business development team to drive performance, collaboration, and achievement of sales targets.
Experience and Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Economics, or related majors

Prefer candidate that has existing book of business and experience in bringing new business.

Proven experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a sales or business development team in a target‑driven environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales and previous experience in the Commodity, CFD or Financial Industry.

Deep knowledge of the MENA region and strong understanding of regional market dynamics.

Experience using CRMs and various sales/marketing systems and tools.
